How to not appear so terrible when crying?

Qusetions: So, my previous day of college is in ten days mainly because i'm shifting, and i'm sure that i'll cry. But when i do cry my eyes get seriously red and puffy. Is there something i can do to avert this? Or at the least ensure it is so i dont appear so horrible? I do very own drinking water evidence mascara but thats it for drinking water evidence. Any tips will probably be appriciated.
