Matte makeup concerns? i've challenges with matte....?

Qusetions: i truly just like the dewy seem although not also very much like fifty percent matte fifty percent dewy im a novice so how would i do this. when i experimented with this neutrogena tm it manufactured skin seem odd it looked annoyingly matte and one thing looked odd about my skin kinda garish why is the fact that? i've combo oily skin but its not undesirable in any way but i looked relatively powdery... i employed only a person pump and employed my fingers... what could well be a great DRUGSTORE tinted moisturizer or light basis that doesnt seem matte? and the way do i acheive that to not matte seem simply because the many methods i look at it appears matte and type of garish... is the fact that because of to your shade?
