Should I put on my eye liner on prime, bottom, or both equally?

Qusetions: is dependent on what syle your heading for & what you like.
i utilized to go major around the eyeliner-top & bottom..
now i just do it on prime.

here are just a handful of reminders(:
-eyeliner around the prime of eyes would make eyes start looking even bigger (the great variety of big) & would make them pop more
-eyeliner around the bottom of eyes ususally would make them seem to get smaller
-dont go as well major..embrace your normal beauty(:

Answers:Just working with mascara lightly with the prime would start looking nicer and would keep away from the bottom mascara from traveling down your deal with.

Answers:If you need to produce a start looking with enlarges your eyes, will not do eyeliner around the bottom. when you need to outline your eyes, then do both equally.

Answers:It all is dependent on what you like. I personaly put on it prime and bottom. But then, I also like my makeup genuinely dark.
